We are looking for Bilingual Call Center agents for a medical clinic located in Lakeland FL. NO WEEKENDS! Primary duties are to serve patients by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling appointments and solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Answers assigned department/queue overflow calls
- Confirms patient information
- Makes/cancels/reschedules appointments
- Monitors requests daily
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- EMR (Electronic Medical Records) experience preferred
- Strong team player
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Bilingual (preferred)
- A year of medical office experience preferred
