We also serve the retail, remodeling, commercial and multi-family markets focusing not only on the products, but also the services that the new homebuilder needs. Our business has grown to include not only flooring, but also a full offering of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite and Quartz.
Shift Hours
Varies, typically 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary
We have an immediate need for a Floor Flatness Technician. This position will provide support to our customer’s and installers by ensuring OSB and concrete floors meet manufactured specified floor flatness requirements prior to installation. Knowledge of floor flatness requirements by manufacturers is preferred and if not known, will be required to be learned. Prior experience in concrete and or floor grinding is ideal.

Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and to prioritize tasks properly
Ability to administer floor leveling pours up to 2000 square feet
Ability to manage through conflict
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, DOT certification required
Experience Preferred:
1-2 years of experience in concrete work and or residential/commercial construction
Experience with floor grinders, floats and hand tools
Working knowledge and experience of different flooring compounds and levelers to float floors and repair joints, cracks and holes in concrete and OSB.
