What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and our agency’s growth. Responsibilities include:
- Managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Partnering with carriers to resolve issues and secure the best outcomes
- Staying current on industry trends and insurance products
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one if needed)
- Minimum 2 years of personal lines customer service or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service
