We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer II to work hybrid out of the Norwood office to serve as a core team member of the growing service training team.
A Day in the Life :
As a Technical Writer II you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documentation for servicing life science / laboratory electrical equipment and instrumentation. You will craft precise and detailed service manuals, checklists, repair instruction and other essential documents. You will work closely with engineers, manufacturing, and technical support to ensure all materials meet high standards of clarity and professionalism. Your role requires excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
