Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and process customer orders using company systems
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with freight coordination, shipping, and scheduling
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or customer concerns
- Follow established communication procedures and company guidelines
- Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications

Physical Demands & Requirements
Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
