What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate shipments, freight, and scheduling activities
- Research and resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns
- Follow established procedures while delivering a high level of customer care
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Partner with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Protect confidential customer and company information
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Physical Demands & Requirements
Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
