Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with specialized experience in wound care and certification in hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy to join our dedicated team in the Hixson, Chattanooga, TN area. The ideal candidate will provide advanced, compassionate care to patients with complex, non-healing wounds.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Required Certification: Certification in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, such as a Certified Hyperbaric Registered Nurse (CHRN, optional) or Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT, optional) credential, or an equivalent certification from an authoritative body like the American Board of Wound Healing (ABWH).
• Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, with significant experience in a wound care or hyperbaric medicine clinical setting preferred.
• Advanced certification in wound care (e.g., Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN), CWS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
