We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Commercial Technician with 5–10 years of hands-on field experience to join our growing service team. In this role, you will provide expert diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and installation services commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will represent our company with professionalism, delivering high-quality service that keeps our customers comfortable and our reputation strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and boilers)
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
• Conduct start-up and commissioning of new HVAC equipment
• Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and charging per EPA guidelines
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, coils, motors, thermostats, and ductwork. Brazing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and recommended solutions to homeowners and facility managers
• Complete all service documentation, invoices, and maintenance reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment and vehicle
• Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
• Stay current with advancements in HVAC technology, refrigerants, and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• 5–10 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Service/Repair Technician
• Valid EPA card
• Muti-family experience a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures
