Summary of responsibilities

Our Marketing/Admissions Coordinator will build and maintain professional relationships while communicating the benefits of Advanced Home Health services to healthcare providers, healthcare facility discharge personnel, referral sources, and other key stakeholders. This position is well suited for individuals with experience in healthcare marketing, as well as healthcare professionals such as clinicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, case managers, or discharge planners who understand the healthcare continuum and enjoy building relationships.

A strong understanding of healthcare processes, clinical workflows, and medical terminology is important for effectively communicating our services and identifying opportunities to support patients and community members. This role provides an opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creativity by planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating outreach, marketing strategies, and referral development initiatives that expand access to high-quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a nationally accredited program

or

• Experience in healthcare marketing

or

• Clinical or healthcare experience (such as nursing, therapy, social work, case management, or discharge planning) with a demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and promote services. Home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare admissions, intake, referral coordination, case management, discharge planning, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication.
• Access to a well working automobile for traveling to healthcare facilities in the Pocatello, ID and surrounding areas.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with agency requirements.
