What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist-Full Time position at Advanced Home Health Care?
Due to our increased census, Advanced Home Health care is looking for a an energetic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. We serve a 5-county area, in Southeast Iowa, primarily Des Moines, Lee, and Henry Counties. We are seeking someone who may be interested in Part-time or Full-Time work. Our therapy services are designed to enhance independence and help clients recover from surgery or injury as quickly as possible. Our in-home therapists provide instruction and training to help clients achieve the highest level of independent function.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Mobility training
- Exercise to increase strength, range of motion and endurance
- Balance exercise and training to address safety prevent falls
- Home exercise programs
- Home safety evaluations
- Instruction on use of adaptive equipment
