About the Role
Advanced Home Care is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking Human Resources Associate for our Framingham office. You will support the Director of Human Resources in recruiting and retaining home health aides and homemakers, many of whom speak Spanish, and help keep our hiring, onboarding, and personnel processes organized and compliant. This is an excellent first step for someone starting a career in HR.
What You'll Do
- Help recruit, interview, and screen candidates for our home health aide, homemaker, and training programs
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, social service agencies, and public employment agencies to support recruitment and outreach
- Lead orientation for new employees and make sure onboarding meets Agency and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files
- Share new hire information with our placement team so clients are matched with caregivers quickly
- Coordinate with the Program Director on training program and pre-employment skills testing schedules
- Support the Director of HR with employee information requests and compliance with Agency policies, including our Confidentiality Policy
- Assist management with employee concerns and corrective action, following Agency policy
- Attend interagency and professional meetings as needed
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or a related administrative role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Satisfactory professional references
