We are looking for an experienced, capable and dedicated Office Manager & Business Coordinator who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the company's management team and assist with projects as needed. We are specifically looking for someone who can manage the office area and organize paper and data files in a secure manner. The successful candidate will possess both strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate administrative tasks. The Office Manager will be required to perform tasks including:
- Hire, train, and supervise office personnel.
- Maintain the office account payable
- Schedule appointments.

- Serve as a liaison between facility and insurance carriers or patients with insurance claims issues.
