We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to care.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and coordinate calendar management with precision.
- Maintain accurate patient records through data entry, filing, and updating electronic health records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle administrative tasks including billing and processing payments securely.
- Support office management by organizing files, proofreading documents, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing patient questions promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Scheduling new patients and maintaining patient engagement.
- Managing statistics of the practice and your position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential.
- Knowledge of front desk procedures specific to medical or dental receptionists is advantageous; experience with bookkeeping or personal assistant tasks is a plus.
