We are seeking a passionate, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person clinical services to individuals in the nursing home setting. Responsibilities:.
- Provide nurse practitioner services to adult/geriatric clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and standards of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing in PMHNP program
- Valid license to practice as a PMHNP in Pennsylvania
- Experience as PMHNP/geriatrics
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and staff
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
