Position Overview
AHI is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to serve as an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) and RN Support across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings. Assignments may vary in length and focus and can include interim DON coverage, clinical leadership support, or project-based nursing assistance.
You’ll work in familiar leadership roles — with clear expectations, an end point to assignments, and a supportive internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Interim Director of Nursing or RN Support in SNF and AL communities
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and day-to-day operational support
- Lead and support nursing teams during leadership transitions
- Assist with surveys, audits, regulatory compliance, and plans of correction
- Support assessments, admissions, care planning, and clinical processes
- Collaborate closely with AHI leadership and consulting team

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Minnesota or eligible for MN licensure)
- 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, RN Manager, Charge RN, or similar)
- Experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
