We specialize in FUE and FUT procedures and are open to training the right person who has the passion and potential to grow in this field. No prior hair restoration experience required.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applicants with any of the following backgrounds:

• Certified Medical Assistants (strongly encouraged to apply — we will train)
• Surgical Technicians, Clinical Assistants, or Licensed Estheticians with interest or experience in aesthetics or surgery

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques
• A passion for patient care and the aesthetics industry
• Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping patients (including haircuts and hair-washes)
• Assisting the physician during procedures
• Trimming and placing hair follicles (training provided)
• Setting up and breaking down procedure rooms
• Keeping the OR and lab stocked, clean, and organized
• Ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for every patient

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant or Surgical Tech is preferred
• No prior hair transplant experience required. We will train
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced medical environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a highly specialized field

Clinic Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Average 1–3 procedures per day
• Typical start time: 7:00 AM
