Advanced Gases and Equipment, a leading provider of industrial gases and welding supplies in the Sacramento valley, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Sacramento, CA.
If you have customer service, retail, or sales experience, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent, Advanced Gases and Equipment want to hear from you! Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable taking orders over the phone
- Excellent at building and managing client relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
- 1 years of retail or industry experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Familiar with TIMS CU software is preferred, but not required
- Familiar with Welding and Welding Supplies preferred but not required
Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Provide great customer service and enhance customer engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for all welding supply inquiries, escalating requests to respective sales team members as required.
- Identify and communicate customer’s need for add-on sales when warranted.
- Input quotes, sales orders and purchase orders into ERP system.
- Develop expertise in welding products to provide informed support.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
