This salaried role provides leadership, coaching, and operational support to technicians while ensuring service quality, safety, and efficiency.
- This role is budgeted between $63,000 and $68,000, with a target around $65,000, depending on experience. Strong performance is rewarded with growth opportunities.
- Support technicians with daily operations and problem solving
- Perform end of day checks and assist with depot closing
- Assist with routing, scheduling, venues, and pop up stops
- Cover routes for PTO and call offs as needed
- Coach and develop team members
- Address customer concerns and ensure policy compliance

Requirements:
- Live in the Columbus area
- Proven leadership experience (field service, franchise, or culinary a plus)
- Valid driver’s license & ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology
