Advanced Foot & Ankle Centers is a growing podiatry practice serving in the Kenosha community. Our physician has been recognized as a Best of Kenosha award-winning podiatrist, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
We are currently looking for a reliable and friendly Medical Assistant to join our team. Experience in the medical field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in the medical field while working in a supportive, small-office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Providing positive patient engagement and customer service
Rooming patients and taking vitals
Assisting the doctor during procedures
Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
Sanitizing instruments and maintaining clinic cleanliness
Documenting patient information in our EMR system
Verifying insurance benefits
Checking patients in and out
Assisting with MLS Laser Therapy and Aquaroll Therapy (commission eligible)
Schedule:
Part-time 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
