Part-Time Medical Receptionist (Will Train!)

Advanced Foot & Ankle Centers Of IL is proud to be home to Kenosha's Best Podiatrist, and we're growing! We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our office.

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and checking them in and out
- Rooming patients for the provider
- Answering phones and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting copays and updating patient information
- Entering patient information into our electronic medical record system
- Scanning, faxing, and maintaining medical records
- Assisting with occasional cleaning and preparation of exam rooms
- Helping keep the office running smoothly while providing excellent patient care
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and compassionate
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player who enjoys helping wherever needed
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Approximately 28 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours beginning in October.
