What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher, and life safety inspections.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and inspection requirements.
- Dispatch and support field technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Track inspection deadlines and maintain compliance schedules.
- Prepare inspection reports, documentation, and service records.
- Coordinate follow-up inspections and corrective actions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting operations and sales teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in scheduling, service coordination, or administrative support.
- Fire protection, construction, or facilities management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Acceptable background check and drug screening
