Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Engineer (we will train) to join our team in Southern California. In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, specifically in the Hospital Industry and Power Generation sector.
This is a full-time position requiring driving to facilities across Southern California. You’ll work closely with facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers to recommend customized air filtration products and services that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in hospitals, power plants, and other industries.
- Identify sales opportunities and drive business growth through strategic outreach and onsite visits.
- Provide technical knowledge of air filtration systems, presenting catered solutions to clients’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with the AFC team to deliver turnkey services, including installation, maintenance, and support.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in HVAC, air filtration, mechanical, or industrial industries).
- Strong technical aptitude — ability to understand mechanical systems and translate them into customer solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building client relationships and driving sales results.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Southern California.
