Shift Details
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Enjoy a consistent schedule and three-day weekends—because balance still matters.
TRAINING WILL BE ON FIRST SHIFT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS
Pay: Based on experience (we pay for what you bring to the table)
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment
What You’ll Do
You won’t just maintain equipment—you’ll keep the entire operation moving.
- Troubleshoot alarms on pultrusion equipment and resolve issues efficiently
- Work with everything from hand tools to precision testing instruments
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and machine repairs
- Maintain forklifts and assist with equipment movement
- Weld, fabricate, and support custom repairs
- Assist in hydraulic and pneumatic system operations
- Perform plumbing work and pump overhauls
- Track and log maintenance work, parts, and repairs
- Support facility upkeep (lighting, HVAC, carpentry, and more)
What You Bring
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Electrical experience (up to 480V preferred)
- Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Plumbing and carpentry experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
- Comfortable working at heights (25 feet)
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE use
(A related degree is preferred—but real-world experience carries serious weight here.)
