We are seeking an amazing dental receptionist to join our fast paced caring dental office. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people. Must have great interpersonal communication skills, be detail-oriented, welcoming, organized, and professional.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the dental receptionist is to maintain a positive patient experience from greeting and checking in the patient, to scheduling, answering phones, and updating patient information.
Responsible for reception area day-to-day operations and appearance.
Answer phones
Schedule patients
Greet and check in patients
Update patient information
Collect any copays, or balances
Confirm upcoming appointments, and patient’s insurance eligibility.
Send out referrals
Patient charting
Support back staff, and dentist as needed
Maintain HIPAA and Safety Compliance
