What You’ll Do
- Plan and organize local outreach events, community partnerships, and in-office promotions.
- Represent the clinic with confidence and warmth at businesses, schools, health fairs, and local events.
- Follow up with event contacts and referral partners to turn community conversations into scheduled appointments.
- Track outreach activity, event performance, and new-patient results using our CRM.
- Manage basic social media engagement — post updates, reply to comments, and share real patient success stories.
- Support the team with marketing materials, displays, and event logistics.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service, outreach, or marketing (health/wellness preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and social media skills (Google Drive, Canva, Instagram/Facebook, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible hours for events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22–$25/hr DOE
- Complimentary chiropractic or wellness care
