Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian / Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain designated areas following established procedures
Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
Knowledge of floor care including buffing and polishing
Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Will perform facilities maintenance tasks and procedures as needed.

- Good communication skills to report issues effectively
