Job Overview:
Seeking a Coordinator to join our team at our Denton, TX location. The Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of patient surgery scheduling, post-op care and surgery payments for patients. This position will also assist with scheduling of procedures and medical appointments.
Responsibilities
- Educate patient on their optimal treatment options for surgery as recommended by the doctor.
- Strategically communicate to best facilitate optimal outcome for the patient.
- Comfortable with sales of premium service offerings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and support services.
