- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and accurately file insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date
- Support team members and help keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an optometric or medical office is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
