Roofing Representative/Project-Customer Relations-Field Manager

• Advanced Exteriors is currently excited to add 2-3 new team members as Roofing Replacement Representatives to assist homeowners due to storm damage such as hail and wind that often affect the metropolitan area.
• Our company's revenue tripled from 2023 to 2025, growing to over 6 million in restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to 10 million for 2026 becoming one of Louisiana's fastest growing restoration roofing companies.
• To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 2-3 driven, energetic, positive, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with estimates, and storm damage inspections.
• No experience? No problem. Advanced Exteriors delivers the best storm restoration training program in the state of Louisiana, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 5 days.
• Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting average fulltime earnings: $84,000 - $109,000
• Commission structure/Flexible schedule
• Training pay of $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 23-44 minutes)
• Commissions paid on all approved, completed claims (average commission $2100-$3900 per job)
• Monthly and annual bonuses for performance
• Weekly contests
• Quarterly company trips

Qualifications

• MUST have "CLEAN CUT" personal appearance and be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must be physically able to climb a ladder for roof access
• Must have reliable transportation
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and terrific time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
• Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run company-leads
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections and use company apps for job files

Responsibilities & duties of the position

• Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the damage.
• Marketing/lead generation for new prospects
