Receiving & Inventory Control Lead
Location: Northfield & Lakeville MN
Job Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a hands-on Receiving & Inventory Control Lead to own our inbound material flow and keep our warehouse running smoothly. In this role, you’ll oversee receiving, ensure inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement—while helping drive a culture of organization, accountability, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily receiving operations and verify materials (POs, quantities, labels, traceability).
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, variance investigation, and adjustments.
- Maintain ERP/WMS transactions and documentation with precision.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on best practices and safety.
- Partner with QA and cross-functional teams to resolve material issues.
- Support 5S, audits, and process improvements.
What You Bring
- 3 years of receiving & inventory control experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- ERP/WMS experience and basic Excel proficiency.
- Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift/material handling certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warehouse conditions.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
