We are looking for talented and motivated individual to join our marketing and graphic design team.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Branding
- Design and update marketing materials including brochures, flyers, ads, newsletters, and conference/event collateral.
- Create graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email, and web.
- Ensure consistency with AEL’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors.
- Support the maintenance and development of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Website Design & Maintenance
- Update and maintain AEL’s WordPress/Elementor website.
- Build reusable page templates and campaign landing pages to ensure consistent formatting and design.
- Optimize images, graphics, and layouts for web performance.
- Document changes for IT and marketing continuity.
Video & Motion Design
- Capture, edit, and produce short-form videos, reels, and animations for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Create branded motion graphics and animated elements to enhance digital storytelling.
- Repurpose recorded content into clips for events, recruiting, and promotional use.
Production & Templates
- Balance creative design with production efficiency, meeting deadlines for high-volume deliverables.
- Design reusable, brand-consistent templates (not boilerplate) for brochures, proposals, presentations, and social media to streamline production.
- Manage the production workflow: revisions, file preparation, delivery, and archiving.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events.
Collaboration & Asset Management
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to translate technical content into clear, professional visuals.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library of logos, templates, photos, videos, and graphics.
- Stay current with design and marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design preferred (agency, in-house, or strong internship experience)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects for video), CorelDRAW, Affinity, Sketch, Canva, Figma, Inkscape, GIMP, Procreate), strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing projects.
• Web Skills: Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor required. Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Multimedia: Experience with photo/video editing and motion graphics.
• Other Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to balance creative vision with production deadlines.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
