Advanced Energy Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Weatherization Technician/Crew Chief to join our team. We are a well-established contractor serving Massachusetts homeowners through energy efficiency programs, helping improve comfort while reducing energy costs.
This is a hands-on position performing residential weatherization and insulation work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and such.
-Responsibilities
Install blown-in cellulose and fiberglass insulation
Air seal attics and basements
Install weatherstripping
Duct sealing
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work safely as part of a team
-Qualifications
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
Construction or insulation experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
