- Handle billing and insurance verification with attention to detail.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the waiting area and reception are tidy and welcoming.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
