Responsibilities
- Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials, debris, and equipment as needed.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress, issues, or hazards encountered during operations.
- Work with equipment operators and assist them in completing digging operations.
- Operate hand tools such as concrete saws, Jack hammers, laser levels, compactors and more.
Skills
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in construction environments demonstrating familiarity with site preparation and excavation processes.
