SUMMARY: We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with general clerical/administrative duties as needed including but not limited to answering phones, filing, preparing correspondence and memoranda.
- Provides information to online customers as they call or email regarding customer information, orders, questions about products or services, and assists with problems or issues by managing support tickets.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound calls and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or three to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Intermediate Level of Outlook, Excel. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
