Role Description
This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is based on-site in North Canton, OH. The position focuses on driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and advancing active projects through the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include developing and qualifying new prospects, tracking and pursuing current opportunities, managing account activity, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow. The role requires consistent outreach, strategic follow-up, and maintaining comprehensive visibility into all sales activity within the territory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales with demonstrated success in generating, managing, and closing sales opportunities
- Strong ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with customers and channel partners
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and converting opportunities into long-term business
- Effective Account Management skills, including territory planning, opportunity tracking, and managing ongoing customer needs as they relate to sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with sales and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
