JOB SUMMARY
The Business Relationship Manger will promote marketing and present recruiting initiatives for the Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare System’s Sub Acute Trauma Center. This will include participating in community events, contacting, and presenting to attorney offices, and developing relationships for referrals that will result in a continuous flow of patients as well as additional referrals to ensure growth goals are met.
This position interface with various referral sources and partners with case managers and care professionals to coordinate patient care. This effort further develops current partnerships and identifies potential partnerships to develop. The business Relationship Manager is expected to develop and execute a sales plan, host events obtain new referrals as well as develop strong and lasting relationships continuously.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with client case advisors to ensure the patient scheduling process is completed in an adequate time frame.
- Working directly with client case advisors and law firms to ensure case status updates are complete at a minimum every 90 days.
- The business relationship manager will be focused on communication with the patient’s representative, and
- Advanced Diagnostics client case advisor and scheduling team.
- Work directly with physicians, case managers and discharge planners to process Sub Acute Trauma referrals within the hospital system, serve as a key resource and effectively anticipates the needs of the customers and patients to develop solutions for their needs.
- Maintain and grow ‘hospital’ customer relationships and provide responsive customer service with assigned accounts; evaluate current and future clinical and service needs for existing and new accounts.
- Evaluate hospital/business needs with ability to forecast and plan around sales goals and targeting.
- Will provide non-official medical records and work with the medical records department to ensure official records are provided to the patient’s representative timely and accurately.
- Will inform law firms of appointment details and non-compliant patients.
- Will enter case status report summaries quarterly into AD Finance.
- Will relay to Director any concerns raised by patient, patient’s representative or discovered through the course of their routine
- Obtaining permission/authorization from the patient or patient’s representative prior to initiating treatment
- Will assist in collecting payments as needed.
- Be responsible for bi-monthly client visits.
- Building relationships with patient representatives
- Business Relationship Managers will be responsible for rolling out new technology such as smartsheet referral intake, attorney portal in AD Finance, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2 years’ Marketing and Account Relations experience within the Healthcare, or Legal Disciplines
- Experience working with acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
