As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to the company’s strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and candidate communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. (Paylocity preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
