Job Summary
Join Advanced Dermatology, Inc as our new Clinical Nurse Leader! We are a premier dermatology practice with locations in Madison and Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL known for high-quality skin care, MOHs and dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic procedures in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment.
This position offers a flexible 4 to 4.5 day work week with no holidays or weekends giving real control over your work-life balance.
Duties
- Clinical Leadership: Mentor, train and support our Medical Assistants to build a collaborative high performance team. Primary based in Madison, with occasional travel to our Monroe clinic to sync with the team there.
- Direct Patient Care: Provide hands-on nursing care, assist Physicians and Physicians Assistants with dermatologic procedures to optimize daily workflows and maintain a safe clinical enviroment.
- Patient Communication: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for complex patient inquires, explaining biopsy/lab results and coordinating follow-up care.
- Administrative and Compliance: Develop and update clinic policies and procedures (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA). Oversee clinic compliance of policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Spearhead clinic's MIPs reporting, and maintain skin cancer tracking data. Oversee clinical charting protocols for Electronic Medical Records (EHR) software.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and order clinical and medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin and a current BLS certification
- Leadership potential: Experience in supervising a healthcare team
- Comfort navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and keeping digital charting accurate.
- Great Energy: Possesses a personable, approachable, and upbeat attitude to build positive collaborative relationships with co-workers and patients.

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week
