Duties include:
- Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients
- Maintain patients' medical records
- Review medical history
- Obtain appropriate consents
- Call in prescriptions
- Perform patient call backs
- Schedule Surgeries
- Obtain Pre-Authorizations
Requirements include:
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH
- At least one year of Dermatology experience
- Surgical Experience REQUIRED
- Cosmetic and Plastic Surgical Experience PREFERRED
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of vital signs is required
- Working knowledge of dermatologic surgery and sterile technique
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology and be computer literate
- Must be a team player and dedicated to patient care
- Must be available to travel up to 8 locations with the Provider, mileage is included
