- Resolve escalated issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
- Support vendor scheduling functions
- Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by leadership
- 5 years of call center experience (healthcare scheduling software strongly preferred).
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage performance metrics and adapt to change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and notepad preferred
- Previous experience (3 years) in customer service preferred
