About the Role
We are a fast-growing skincare brand working closely with dermatology professionals and expanding rapidly online. We're looking for an in-office Skincare Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is interested in skincare and wellness, and wants to grow within a company — experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
- Speak with customers by phone and email in a professional office setting
- Educate customers on skincare products, ingredients, and benefits
- Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and education
- Accurately document activity in our CRM system
- Work closely with your team and leadership to improve performance
