Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care while building meaningful relationships with patients. You’ll work in a modern, technology-driven practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Take and process diagnostic X-rays
- Conduct patient screenings and periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with the clinical team on individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
- Utilize advanced dental technologies (e.g., digital scanners)
- Deliver friendly, high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with advanced dental technology is a plus
- New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
