What You'll Do- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently
- Minimum of 1 year of Previous Dental front desk/receptionist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
- Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
