Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: Office Closed
- Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (oral prophylaxis)
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as needed
- Evaluate patients for periodontal disease, dental caries, oral cancer, and other soft tissue abnormalities
- Record and communicate clinical findings to the dentist
- Take digital dental radiographs, including panoramic X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories according to OSHA and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for patient care
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist License
- Current CPR Certification
- CEUs up to date
- Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
