About Us:
We are a small, specialized healthcare office based in Old Tappan, NJ. Our team of mobile dental anesthesiologists provide sedation services in dental offices throughout NJ, NY, and PA. Our services are unique, and we’re happy to train the right person, prior healthcare experience is not required.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is friendly, tech-savvy, and quick to learn. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced (but not high-pressure) environment and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Communicating with patients and dental offices
- Requesting and organizing patient medical records
- Posting light content or updates to social media (with support!)
- Performing general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Processing payments and assisting with minimal insurance-related tasks
- Supporting the team with day-to-day needs and multitasking where needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Energetic, understanding, and reliable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Quick learner who can keep up with a fast-moving environment
- Efficient with technology
- A true team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed

Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
