- Process weekly payment of vendor invoices
- Complete AP closing process.
- Review, process, and upload medical supply invoices.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review and post GL journal entries
- Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports.
- Obtain tax id number/W-9 from all vendors.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
- QuickBooks experience preferred
