This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will handle client relationships, identify new business opportunities, manage account operations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services. The role will also require the Account Manager to prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction while meeting specific sales targets and company objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in client and account management, project coordination, and sales
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of or experience in the construction, demolition, or concrete cutting industries is an advantage
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Charleston area
