• Assist customers with questions and concerns
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Accurate order entry and processing
• Maintain detailed customer files
• Manage time effectively
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk. Frequently use hands and reach with arms. Occasionally sit and climb. Lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally.
