Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Supporting independence and quality of life
- Following care plans and reporting progress
Requirements:
- Must be fingerprinted and have state and federal background checks (agency will assist)
- Must pass a drug screening (agency will assist)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Prior experience in home healthcare or caregiving preferred but not required
